Aerial Artistry is a New York–based event entertainment agency that elevates private dining and special events with bespoke, cirque-style performance. From aerialists and acrobats to specialty dancers, live bands, and DJs, the company designs immersive, theatrical experiences tailored to the host venue’s ambiance—be it an intimate chef’s table, a luxe hotel ballroom, a modern gallery, or a corporate dining suite. While not a restaurant and without on-site private rooms, Aerial Artistry collaborates closely with restaurants, caterers, and event planners to integrate performance into the flow of a meal: think aerial champagne pours during reception, strolling acts between courses, feature showcases for dessert or speeches, and branded moments for product launches.
Production is turnkey and detail-forward: creative concepting, casting, choreography, costuming, music direction, and technical planning (including rigging assessments where applicable) are managed in-house, aligning with venue safety requirements and event timelines. The roster spans aerial silks and hoop, cyr wheel, contortion, LED/laser and ambient acts, living tables, Champagne greeters, specialty walk-around performers, and a range of live music options from strings and jazz to contemporary ensembles and DJs.
For private dining hosts, Aerial Artistry’s value lies in creating a vivid sense of occasion without overwhelming conversation or service. Performances can be scaled for footprint, ceiling height, and sightlines; many concepts are designed “low-profile” for tight dining rooms or can be staged on risers for larger banquet settings. White-glove artist management, punctual cues, and coordination with FOH teams help ensure seamless pacing with coursing and speeches. Brand-forward clients can request custom costuming, color palettes, or logo-forward props, and the team can advise on A/V, lighting looks, and ambient enhancements to support the restaurant’s aesthetic.
